Marvel-Distribution & ERIMEX Merger

Firstly, Marvel-Distribution Company inherited ERIMEX’s distribution contracts with producers of monitors, such as AOC, Belinea, iiyama and Proview. In that way, Marvel-Distribution added well-known brands to its monitor line. From now on Peripheral Equipment Business Unit belonging to Components, Peripherals and Digital Equipment Department of Marvel-Distribution is in charge of their promotion to the Russian and CIS market. Distributor’s product line was also expanded by AVE acoustic systems that will be promoted by Digital Cameras, Printing and Multimedia Business Unit of the same department.

Secondly, 517 dealers from 80 Russian cities which had been collaborating with ERIMEX joined Marvel’s dealer network. 30 former employees of ERIMEX now work in Marvel-Distribution offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Thirdly, Marvel-Distribution acquired a new competence: the Tender Department of ERIMEX joined Marvel giving the distributor an opportunity to actively participate in tender projects.
